The Arbors at Riverside is ideally located between downtown and Austin Bergstrom International Airport, close to the Austin Community College Riverside Campus, the Advanced Micro Devices Fabrication site, I-35 and Ben White Boulevard, with nearby shopping and restaurants. The project is on the planned "Ultra Light" rail line that will run from the airport to downtown and is a few steps from the UT shuttle bus line.
