Qualifications for the "Move Up" Program:
1). Buyer of a new home doesn't have a realtor representative
2). Buyer of new home has a home to sell in Austin or the surrounding area
3). Fred Meyers is on the new construction contract
4). Existing home is listed no less then 3% for qualified buyers
