CALL FOR VENDORS/ARTISTS/MUSICIANS
The Westgate Street Festival is looking for artists, craft makers, vendors, and musicians to participate in the First Annual Westgate Street Festival! The festival will take place at The Enclave at Westgate in south Austin on March 27th 2010. Booth check-in will begin at 10am and the festival will take place 11-6pm.
There will be 3 types of Festival Participants:
1. Vendors/Artists- This is any food/beverage vendor, artist, craft maker, or any other booth where a product is for sale. These booth spaces are $50 for each 10'x10' booth space. This registration fee will be donated to the Austin Area YMCA. These vendors/artists will be responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, lighting if needed, etc.
2. Sponsors- This is any food/beverage vendor that will be giving out promotional material and products to the public free of charge. You will not be able to sell anything at this type of booth. It is strictly for businesses interested in giving away free samples to promote their business. This booth is free of charge and your logo will be included on all marketing material (facebook event, print ads, email blasts, etc.) Sponsors will also be responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, lighting if needed, etc.
3. Musicians- There will be a small stage area for musicians to perform. You must be willing to play free of charge and you must bring your own sound equipment. Musicians will be allotted 30 to 45 min for their performance and 15-30 min for load in/load out. Your name/band name and/or logo will be included in all marketing for the event.
