In the course of a diverse 37-year career in all aspects of real-estate development, construction management, and institutional lending, Craig Severson has proven to be the visionary entrepreneur and corporate level officer that is truly associated with the word success. He has served as a trusted advisor on both the FNMA (Fannie Mae) and FHMLC (Federal Home Mortgage Lending Corporation) boards along with numerous consulting positions such as high level partnership evaluations for the Fortune 500 Global Trammell Crow Company. Craig has also shared his wealth of knowledge and expertise as a professional real estate and mortgage instructor at local colleges and for the Austin Board of Realtors.

Craig's talents of crafting businesses are showcased by his early 1980s milestone of originating over $1 billion in mortgage loans and securing $225,000,000 in financing for the heralded Valley Ranch Development in Dallas, TX through his mortgage bank startup. Experiencing a knack for financing major deals soon led to the progression of his own development/construction company, First Financial Investments, where over 1,000 multifamily units, 1.5 million square feet of office/retail, and over 250 acres of land was born in the portfolio of Craig's new company.

His accomplishments spread to the Austin area where Craig's home building company, Park Avenue Homes, successfully completed the construction of over sixty custom residences with many over the $1 million dollar price tag.

Craig's present focus is on his custom home building company Mission Homes with his partner Will Holstead. They own lots in the prestigious community of Villa Montagna and currently are starting construction on a custom lake view residence that will push the $1.4 million price tag. Craig also holds a Texas real estate license, donates his time at a homeless shelter, and is married with two successful children.
