Alfredo Flores has been part of the Austin Community since graduating from Southwest Texas State University in 2000. His degree is a B. A. in International Business with dual minors in Business Management and Business Spanish.

Upon graduation he began his career in property management, by managing a student community in the heart of the Drag on Guadalupe St. and 31st St. This opportunity gave him first hand knowledge of the central communities and surrounding businesses. He attained his Real Estate License soon after and continued in the field as a Property Manager and Leasing Consultant, along with general real estate for those ready to move up into home ownership.

Working with students and newly arrived transplants to the Austin area, he quickly gained an extensive knowledge of the South Austin, Central, and Northwest communities. In 2004 he became a Lease-up Consultant and worked with several communities to gain full occupancy. In 2005 he joined the Meritage Homes Group and was soon asked to become a Salesmanager to oversee several communities in Round Rock and Cedar Park. He served as an onsite Salesmanager through the end of 2008. He is a great benefit for those considering moving to the Greater Austin area.

Alfredo is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, having served with the 25th Infantry Division prior to attending college. He enjoys running townlake with his dog, and mountain biking through the greenbelts. On warm days he enjoys wakeboarding in Lake Austin, camping in Pace Bend, swimming in Deep Eddy or Barton Springs. Alfredo regularly participates in local races and triathlons.
